London open: Stocks dip; Vistry tumbles on profit warning

London stocks dipped in early trade on Friday at the end of an eventful week, as investors mulled rate cuts by the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve. At 0840 GMT, the FTSE 100 was down 0.1% at 8,134.88.
